5. Flowpal Service Terms

Flowpal offers a subscription-based service for Webflow development assistance. Below are the specific service terms for Flowpal members.

Requests Accepted:

Adding or updating content on your Webflow website.

Adding new sections to existing pages.

Adding new pages to your Webflow website.

Updating CMS collections or items.

Integrating third-party scripts or services (e.g., analytics, live chat).

Requests Not Accepted:

Building a new, separate website.

Performing advanced SEO or CRO tasks such as schema implementation or backlink building.

Building overly complex functionalities like web apps or dashboards (these require separate consultation).

6. Turnaround Time

The average turnaround time for requests is 2 business days. However, this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the volume of requests.

7. Subscription Policy

By subscribing to Flowpal’s services, you agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days.

Cancellation Rights: Flowpal holds the right to cancel or pause any subscription at any time. If we cancel your subscription, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

8. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

9. Do Not Track Signals

Please note that Flowpal does not alter its data collection and use practices when it detects a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser.

10. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
